In these troubled economic times, the real estate collapse affects a multitude of practice areas, with bankruptcy being in the forefront. This year's Bankruptcy Institute addresses a range of real estate related topics—from relief for small businesses and consumers to dealing with subprime service providers. Traditional topics will be covered, too: ethics with the Honorable Ceclia G. Morris, Southern District of New York, and a lunch presentation by the Honorable Dennis Montali, Northern District of California, "Ninth Circuit BAP Appeals."
