What's New

Opening for Chapter 7 Panel Trustee (Southern Oregon)

The Office of the US Trustee has just announced an opening for a chapter 7 panel trustee covering parts of Southern Oregon and assigned to the Eugene Division. Details for the appointment can be found here. The deadline for resumes is February 26, 2010.

Bankruptcy Clinic ECF Waiver

The Bankruptcy Court has approved a limited waiver of the ECF filing requirements for attorneys who intend to provide legal services on a pro bono basis to chapter 7 debtors. This ECF waiver is available on a limited basis to attorneys whose only work in bankruptcy court is pro bono work.
